1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the j365 website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with j365 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and j365 regarding your use of our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement and all policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Anti-Money Laundering Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with j365. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this binding contract. j365 reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is intended solely for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are strictly forbidden from registering accounts or participating in any gaming activities on j365. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. j365 disclaims all liability for any illegal use of the Platform in contravention of local regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Account registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Active email address
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity standards

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with j365. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and all associated funds and winnings will be forfeited. j365 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multi-accounting. Attempts to circumvent these systems will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party. j365 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you or by an unauthorized third party who gained access to your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access and Account Compromise

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify j365 Customer Support and change your password. j365 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access was directly caused by a breach of our security systems. You remain liable for all activity on your account until you notify us of the compromise in writing and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notice.

3.3 Prohibited Account Uses

You agree not to use your j365 account for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Using the account on behalf of any third party or allowing others to access your account
• Transferring or selling your account to another person
• Commercial or professional gambling activities
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activities
• Collusion, cheating, or engaging in any form of fraudulent play
• Using automated systems, bots, or third-party software to manipulate gameplay or exploit the Platform

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

j365 accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, online banking, and over-the-counter channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly stated on the Platform and may vary by payment method. j365 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear processing error. You warrant that all funds deposited into your j365 account are legitimately owned by you and not derived from illegal activities. j365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and request documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and compliance with wagering requirements on any active bonuses. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals typically process within 5-15 minutes for verified accounts, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and transaction limits are specified on the Platform. j365 reserves the right to reverse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, account compromise, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests may be declined if your account has not completed the necessary verification steps or if you have violated any term of this Agreement.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

j365 operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering regulations as mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

j365 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional materials and on the Platform.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts, strategic betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of advantage play, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonuses, winnings, and potentially permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager a Bonus amount before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 Bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all. Refer to individual Bonus terms for specific details.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

j365 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings if:

• The Bonus was obtained fraudulently or through account abuse
• Wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe
• The User violates any Bonus term or condition
• The User's account is closed or suspended for any reason
• The User requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements

6. Game Rules, Fair Play, and Integrity

6.1 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generators

All games offered on the j365 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined solely by these RNGs and cannot be manipulated by j365 or any third party. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guaranteed return on wagers placed.

6.2 Betting Limits and Restrictions

j365 imposes minimum and maximum betting limits on all games. These limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change without prior notice. j365 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the amount wagered by any User at our sole discretion. In cases of technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes, j365 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes to Users.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access Platform source code
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraudulent play, or unfair advantage

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the j365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of j365 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly authorized in writing by j365. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute a criminal offense and give rise to civil liability.

8. Termination and Account Closure

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your j365 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If wagering requirements on active bonuses have not been met, those bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. j365 is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from failure to withdraw your balance before account closure.

8.2 Termination by j365

j365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
• Bonus abuse or advantage play
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Prolonged account inactivity (exceeding 12 months)
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users

Upon termination, any outstanding bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. j365 will return your remaining deposited balance minus any amounts owed to us, provided your account is in good standing and you have not violated this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The j365 Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. j365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, j365, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if j365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall j365's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

j365 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or natural disasters.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

j365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Users maintain control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact j365 Customer Support in writing. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

j365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of updates.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and j365 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
